Dino-Lite DermaScope® Polarizer HR 200x (MEDL7DM) on 5-megapikslise kaameraga dermatoskoop, mille suurendus on 10-70x ja umbes 200x. Ka sellel DermaScope® mudelil on sisseehitatud ja täielikult reguleeritav polarisatsioonifilter naha läike vähendamiseks. MEDL7DM erineb MEDL4DM-st ka elegantsema metallkorpuse poolest.
Dino-Lite DermaScope® 200x mudelid on spetsiaalsed mudelid palju suurema suurendusega, mida kasutatakse sageli spetsialiseeritud dermatoloogilistes rakendustes või näiteks naha biopsiaanalüüsis.
