The halogen-free activated No-Clean Flux EF270 with its medium activity fits well in the EF series. Solids specially matched with each other achieve good wetting on various surfaces.

Application

The flux EF270 is primarily suitable for use in spray fluxers. There is good wetting of various surfaces (e.g. OSP, Ni/Au, HAL) due to the combination of the solids. Under certain circumstances, it is already possible to use the flux EF270 in a partial nitrogen tunnel system.
