DESCRIPTION:
Stannol Solder Mask 100 is used to cover sections on the PCB and to protect them from getting into contact with flux or solder. These can be individual pins, holes, and even total areas on the printed circuit board. Stannol Solder Mask 100 is a latex emulsion, for temporary application. After peeling off from covered solder pads, these can be soldered with conventional fluxes.
APPLICATION:
The Stannol Solder Mask 100 is delivered in handy squeeze bottles of 250 ml. Cut the tip before use to the size desired. Apply Stannol Solder Mask 100 undiluted on the respective areas. After the soldering process the solder mask can be simply pulled off without leaving any residues. The Stannol Solder Mask 100 is only for temporary protection during the manufacturing process. After manufacturing, before using the electronic, this mask has to be removed. We do not recommend the application on pure copper. Close the bottles tightly after use to prevent their contents from drying out.
